We started Green Irene because saving energy, water and money all make sense. Having a healthier home with fewer toxic chemicals and better indoor air quality is a no-brainer.

There are plenty of websites and books about “Going Green,” and there are online stores for “Green Products.” We felt there was a need to help people implement good green ideas in their home now.

People want to do the right thing, but most people do not want to make a hobby out of learning how to “Go Green.”

To implement green ideas we have tapped into an unbelievable resource of highly talented people looking for an opportunity in their community who feel great about being an Eco-Consultant. These newly trained Green Irenes not only earn a livelihood by helping their neighbors, they are active participants in their local community’s efforts to become more sustainable.

Your Green Irene will be there to be that Green Friend you wish you had that reads all the books and magazines and blogs, and who can give you the advice you need to move your family towards a more healthy, green, low- impact lifestyle. And more importantly, your Green Irene will help you IMPLEMENT good, green ideas.
